🧡 Script 3: Ultimate Compassionate Image

Use this to build an internal figure who can offer safety, care, and support when RSD flares.

Find a comfortable position.

Let your eyes close, or soften your gaze. Take a few gentle breaths.

Now imagine:

If compassion had a face, a shape, a form—what might it be?

This image can be anything:

  • A kind person you trust
  • An animal
  • A future version of yourself
  • A symbol, a being, or a light

Notice their posture, expression, and presence.

What colors or textures surround them?

Now imagine them noticing you—with love.

What do they say? What is the tone of their voice?

Can you feel their care in your body—warmth in your chest, a sense of holding, or softness in your shoulders?

Let them offer you a message, silently or aloud:

  • “You are not alone.”
  • “You’re doing the best you can.”
  • “You are worthy of kindness—especially now.”

Stay here as long as it feels good. Let that compassion soak in.

When you’re ready, take a final breath and open your eyes gently.

You can return to this image anytime you need care.
